Important Notice: Maya and GCash Refund Requests

Dear Team,

Please be advised that the existing Zendesk channels for Maya and GCash refund requests will be decommissioned effective:

• November 4, 2026 - JB PH
• November 9, 2026 - MI PH

Starting on the applicable date above, all new Maya and GCash refund requests must be routed through the Cashless Store Refunds Request catalogue in iServe.

Submit a Cashless Store Refunds Request

Please discontinue submitting new requests through the Zendesk Maya and GCash channels after the applicable decommissioning date and use the Cashless catalogue moving forward.
